If that's you, you're not the only one. I used to feel exactly the same. 

My Story
 

I was stuck in an academic career that I no longer loved. Working to advance in a profession that felt like it was crumbling away as I got closer to my goal. My dream was to help people with what I learned. But time and time again, I found myself stuck behind piles of admin work and other tasks that seemed unrelated to my actual goals but took up 50% of my job. 

I wanted out.

But the idea of how was overwhelming. Plus, I was grappling with a new ADHD diagnosis, which helped me understand why work was hard but didn't make me excited about spending more time with the rigid structures I now knew were antithetical to my preferred style of working. 

So, I started a second career as a coach/consultant. 

It was a slow process; in fact, it took years before I even got my first client. But after a lot of trial and error, I built that role for myself. A career that allowed me to feel creatively fulfilled and gave me enough flexibility to spend time with my family while being profitable from the start. Along the way, I was even able to bring other wonderful people with ADHD into the business and fulfill dreams I never expected, like starting my own podcast to talk about the research I was passionate about!

Now, four years and many unforgettable moments later, I want to help you start your own flexible, creatively fulfilling, profitable career as a coach/consultant in your area of expertise. 

It all starts with finding your first client.

But I don't want you to take the years I did! Instead, I'll share the secrets, systems, and processes I've developed to help you get started now.
