Ann specializes in boutique wallpaper and textiles and has worked for clients such as Victoria Hagan , Louis Vuitton , William Sofield and numerous Film and TV Celebrities.
We started working together because the tasks of building systems that could grow the studio and create a legacy were getting lost in the day-to-day deadlines of delivery work.
Within a few months we were able to organize your inventory, sample outreach and estimating leading to more consistent interest in her work.
My methods were breaking at the seams.

The Journey So Far:
Month 1:
Mapped the business end to end. Set up the Back Office Hub in her Notion and the sample inventory trackers (wallpaper and fabric).
Ann: "There's a sense of calm when I send things out and I'm like, this is great, they're going to love it."
Month 2:
Ann got candid feedback from team members on how her long-standing workflows looked once other people depended on them. Introduced the "minimum viable package" to counter perfectionism eating whole days. Ann sent a sample package following the full process end to end.
Ann: "From my perspective this is supercharged."
Month 3:
Merged three contact lists into one designer database. Standardized Photoshop layer and colorway naming so others can reprint without her. Estimate calculator built and used on two live jobs. An order came in from a previously sent sample package.
Ann: "I did use it, it was fantastic and thank you."
Month's 4 and 5:
Ann is able to start looking forward. She’s working with Skye to map a 25-year vision for Ann McGuire Studio’s and the Buck Hill collection. A designer became the first member of Ann's sample program with more following.
Ann has gone from never connecting on Instagram to confidently connecting with designers and receiving positive replies for samples.
There's like a weight lifted from my shoulders. It's allowing me the freedom to do my business the way I want to do it.
