Welcome to our Unconventional Limited (Trading as Unconventional Organisation) website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Coaching Programs

Our coaching program is distinct from our one-on-one coaching services with Skye. If you engage in 1:1 coaching with Skye, you will receive a separate coaching agreement via our secure electronic signing platform. The following terms apply specifically to our coaching program.

Subscription and Payments 

​

Our ADHD coaching programs offer access to our online community, courses, workbooks, and ADHD group coaching. All payments for subscriptions to our coaching programs are processed through a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis as stated in your chosen subscription.

• Subscription Pausing: Subscription plans cannot be temporarily halted or paused.

• Subscription Price Changes: If the subscription price increases, you will be exempt from the price increase as long as your subscription remains active and you haven't received an email from us notifying you and giving you a notice period. However, if you cancel your subscription and decide to return later, you will need to subscribe at the price in effect at that time.

Content

All content on our website, including course materials, is the property of Unconventional Organisation or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from Unconventional Organisation.

Group Coaching Session Privacy:

By participating in our group coaching program, you acknowledge and agree that:

​

1. Recording and Access:

• All group coaching sessions are recorded in their entirety

• Recordings are made available within our community platform

• Only active program members can access these recordings through our platform

• Personal recording of coaching calls is strictly prohibited

• Audio recordings or sharing of call content with audio is not permitted

• While photos may be taken during calls, they must not include audio content

• You may share Skye's teachings in your own unique way, but not through direct recordings

 

2. Content Usage:

• Session recordings serve as educational resources for the community

• Recordings may be used by Unconventional Organisation for:

  • Training and development purposes

  • Quality assurance

  • Program improvement

  • Educational content creation

• By participating in calls, you consent to the recording and potential use of these recordings by Unconventional Limited, Trading as Unconventional Organisation

 

3. Privacy Protection:

• Client contributions during coaching calls remain strictly private

• What's shared by clients in the coaching calls or inside UO stays private

• You maintain full responsibility for the nature and extent of personal information you choose to share

• While we enforce a strict code of conduct requiring all members to maintain confidentiality ('what's shared in the community stays in the community'), you acknowledge that sessions are viewed by all program participants

•  If you ever want specific information removed from a recording, email us at support@unconventionalorganisation.com, and we'll process your request within a reasonable timeframe

 

4. Participant Expectations:

• Show up for scheduled coaching calls 

• Be supportive and encouraging to fellow members without judgment

• Share experiences and stories that might benefit other members

• Maintain a constructive attitude focused on growth and improvement

• Help others think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious

 

5. Community Guidelines:

• No direct or indirect self-promotion of programs, groups, or services

• No sharing of links to personal sites or social media profiles

• No private messages for business purposes

• External links are not permitted in posts

• You may mention tools, programs, or services you use and recommend, but without links

• No sharing of:

  • Blog posts

  • Articles

  • Business pages

  • Affiliate offers

  • Spam

  • Any solicitation of fellow group members

Code of Conduct for our coaching programs

1. Be Kind and Courteous:

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. In particular, we expect support towards everyone on their ADHD journey no-matter where they are at.

2. No Hate Speech or Bullying:

We are an ADHD-first focused organisation, which means it is our number one priority to make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated and your posts may be removed by admin. Anything that could be considered sensitive for other subscribers will require a trigger warning; either verbal or written depending on the context.

3. No Promotions or Spam:

Give more than you take to this community. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. To ensure a positive and productive experience for all members, we kindly ask that you refrain from the following activities:

Spam and Referral Links

• No spam: We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam, which includes:

  • Mass-sending unsolicited messages or links

  • Posting repetitive or off-topic content

  • Engaging in any behavior that could be considered disruptive or annoying to other members

• No referral links: To maintain a fair and unbiased environment, we do not allow the posting of referral links, affiliate links, or any other links that could provide financial benefits to you, your family, or friends. This includes links to personal websites, social media accounts, or any other platforms that could generate revenue.

Promoting Products for Financial Benefit

• Prohibited: We prohibit the promotion of products, services, or opportunities aimed at financially benefiting members, their families, or friends. This includes:

  • Direct sales or marketing of products

  • Sharing links to online stores or marketplaces

  • Recruiting for business opportunities or investment schemes

  • Offering paid services or consultations

Violations and Consequences

• Enforcement: We actively monitor our community for violations of these provisions. If we discover any instances of spam, referral links, or prohibited product promotion, we will take appropriate actions, which may include:

  • Removing content

  • Issuing warnings

  • Suspending or terminating accounts

4. Respect Everyone's Privacy

Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make communities great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the community should stay in the community.

User Conduct 

You are solely responsible for your conduct on our website, in our community, and for any content that you submit, post, or otherwise make available on our website. By using our website, you agree to not engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of Unconventional Organisation or any third party

• Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity

• Collecting or storing personal data about other users

Limitation of Liability 

Unconventional Organisation makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to our website or any of the content on it. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Usage of screenshots for promotional purposes 

By participating in our coaching programs, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of the UO utilising screenshots of conversations for promotional purposes. It is important to note that, in pursuit of such promotional activities, any shared screenshots will be subject to meticulous redaction to exclude names, profile images, and all other personally identifiable information, encompassing, but not limited to, personal family matters, personal stories, employment details, location, and any analogous data. This commitment to confidentiality aims to safeguard the privacy and anonymity of participants. Your engagement in our community implies your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Modification of Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
